The task at hand was to create a design solution that improved efficiency in the workplace, increased storage capacity with excess space for pandemic situations, and ensured the design could fit into any site that may be chosen, as there was no chosen site at the beginning of the project. The following modular set of spaces is designed according to a typical 30’ x 30’ column bay size found in any generic warehouse, ensuring spaces may be reconfigured in countless ways to fit within any 18,000 SF - 22,500 SF building.
