An Arts Centre focused on giving back exterior greenspace to the public realm, while creating a pedestal for the culturally rich arts of Toronto’s Little Jamaica to be presented, taught, and practiced for all. This project was done using the NIA Organization as a hypothetical client and their lectures assisted with developing accurate programme and effective circulation throughout this building to ensure that it would objectively positively contribute to Toronto’s Little Jamaica.
